The 1.3F.9 Update Concludes

There were several more satellite locations than in past updates and I think most people are getting in the habit of using XStreet / SLMarketplace as a way to get the update totem and new starter packs in order to avoid the crowds and lag. I think this made it a lot easier for us to get what we needed, get out and get to the actual updating. I didn’t buy a new warren this time but I did purchase 2 of the starter pairs. Facing The Facts – An Argent Bug

Nothing’s perfect. There’s a bug in update 1.3F.9 where the Argent’s face is white – because it’s actually missing its head texture. Oopsie! Your Argents will provide this error: Ozimals: Bunny Head: Could not find texture ‘b307757e-ed1c-abae-424c-74dcbd116be’ An example of the faceless Argent is shown at left. The 1.3F.9 Update Is Here!

This just in.. straight from the mouths of babes errrr.. bunnies? The update is out and ALL starter packs and warren packs in every location have been updated. Notecard from Candy… This update adds the ability for current bunnies to bond/breed/interact with bunnies that contain new traits (new traits refers to new furs, new eyes, new shades etc that are introduced by Ozimals). The bunnies containing the chance for new traits can be purchased in any Ozimals store and in the Marketplace, as always. Closing Time… For the Ozimals Sim That Is!

At 1pm SLT, the Ozimals sim will be closed temporarily for final work for the update – getting the updated starter packs and update totems in the store. Once the sim is re-opened to the public, you will be free to purchase the new items – including the starter/warren packs. As a reminder, this is not a mandatory update. What that means is there is no time frame within which you have to update your present bunnies to keep them eating like in bug fix updates.
