As you may have noticed, I skipped on last week’s meetings. I apologize… but I needed a week off. Everyone has their weeks and last week was mine. I hope you all found your way to the transcribe of the meeting which can be found in the Ozimals Forums. But on to this week’s Community Meeting notes!

Ozimals Oracle

Unfortunately, I suffered a sleep attack just before the meeting started that lasted through the first 10-15 minutes. So I was only able to catch the Ozimals Oracle as done by Candy via Joel’s transcribe (phew.. did you catch that?)

From what I gathered, this week’s topic was in regards to getting the assistance you need from CSRs. If you need immediate help, the best place to go is to visit the Ozimals sim at the CSR online indicators. The CSR will show as green is they are online and are available to be paged. Of course, if there are no CSRs online, you can file a help ticket!

Please do not message Candy, Malk or Aeron looking for assistance. While they would be happy to help, they aren’t always there – sometimes afk, busy, etc. Your request for assistance may go unanswered by mistake.

Beta Testing

Ozimals is opening beta testing for a variety of things this week such as combined food and Bunnybury vendors. Food Orientation invites sent out today with RSVP requests. This will basically be a note card sent to those randomly selected, inviting them to attend an orientation in regards to beta testing that particular product.

Social Bun

Ozimals hasn’t forgotten Social Bun! Honest! They’ve added some new features which I will outline (and show pictures of).

Bunny Monitor – Ability to see any hibernating bunnies, those that are getting hungry, etc.
Update Center – No more hunting for that one bunny that didn’t update! See which of your bunnies need updating to the latest version.
The Lurve Shacke – Lists all bunnies that are in love and breed ready. It will only show bunnies that meet the breeding requirements.

Halloween Stuff!

Halloween stuff is coming soon! Apparently the Halloween elites are so amazing that Aeron squeed like a girl. ^_~ And in addition to the Halloween elites, Ozimals is holding another photo contest! The rules are pretty much like the last one.. and I’m sure Ozimals will be passing those out (you could pick up a copy at the meeting).

Everybody loves some pretty food! Like Easter, we will get some special holiday inspired food for Halloween! The food will come out sometime this week and will be on sale until the 31st. But unlike the Easter foods, these will not disappear when they’re used up. Instead, the food’s name will change and it will stay around as a collector’s item.

Other Meeting Stuff…

Due to the nature of this meeting (which was mostly based on opinions and not so much factual) I don’t have a lot to talk about. I’m sure the actual transcribe of the meeting would prove a better read than my notes.
