There were several more satellite locations than in past updates and I think most people are getting in the habit of using XStreet / SLMarketplace as a way to get the update totem and new starter packs in order to avoid the crowds and lag. I think this made it a lot easier for us to get what we needed, get out and get to the actual updating.

I didn’t buy a new warren this time but I did purchase 2 of the starter pairs. My sim was quite fussy about the food at first, but within a few food re-rezzes, I got all of my bunnies – including my new ones, eating happily. This seems to be one of the only issues anyone’s having and it’s nothing to do with the update itself – but rather the tenderness of the sims after rolling restarts. It’s quite common that it be difficult to rez things or get objects to properly communicate after sim restarts.

Besides the faceless Argent bug (which I personally found rather amusing), it seems like the update went rather well!. According to Aeron, they only had a total of 12 tickets. Considering the thousands of bunnies on the grid, 12 tickets is rather impressive.

All claims of new stuff – such as Pearl or Tiger’s Eye eye colors are a hoax (for now? muahaha). We won’t see new stuff for 7-9 days as far as we know.
