Finally… Update totem 1.3F4 is available which will fix the following problems…

1. Z axis fix for bunnies that were underground or prims
2. Bond timer fix – 5 days (the update process with break your current bonds so be forewarned)

Updating your bunnies…

1. Before you even think of setting out the updater, we need to prepare the updating area.
2. Pick up all 3rd party, scripted items – your bunny monitors, scanner nodes, food servers, etc.
3. Turn movement to off on all of your bunnies. It makes it easier for the totem to catch them.
4. If you have a large amount of bunnies (more than 10), pick them up and separate them. Only update 10 bunnies at a time to avoid lag and totem confusion.
5. Rez the totem out in the middle of your bunnies and let it do its work. It can take some time on a laggy sim.

You bunnies may still look chubby but they will fix themselves or you can re-rez them.

Important Note from Ozimals Staff…

If your update totem gets stuck on a bunny (after 5 minutes, it hasn’t completed) please PICK UP THE CRATE into your inventory and delete the white bunny underneath. Copy the crate prim description number. File a support ticket ( http://support.ozimals.com ) and include that crate number for a replacement bunny. Do not delete the crate until you receive your replacement bunny.

Once you pick up the crate and delete the white bunny, your update totem should move on to the next bunny in range.

About your food…

The food does not get updated itself, it only communicates to you the need to update your bunnies. 1.2 food behaves differently than 1.3 food. (The version number can be seen in the name of the food)

The store and xstreet changed over to 1.3 food over a week ago so if you purchased food after Monday June 14th then you should have 1.3 food. The 1.2 food still contains the shorter 3 day window to update your bunny. So if you still have a lot of 1.2 food, be prepared to receive a lot of IMs from that food. The 1.3 food only sends you an IM once a day about updating bunnies, and there is a 10 day window to update your bunnies with the 1.3 food.

PLEASE NOTE!! You do NOT need to buy new food and water! Once you update your bunnies, they will eat 1.2 food just fine. They will even eat 1.0 and 1.1 food if you still have any of that.
So for the simple explanation:

1.2 bunny + 1.2 food = 3 day window to update and more frequent messages
1.2 bunny + 1.3 food = 10 day window to update and only one message per day
1.3 bunny + 1.3 food OR 1.2 food or older = A-OK!
