The Ozimals Strawberry Festival started yesterday and lasts through July 11th. It’s a great opportunity for the Ozimals community to come together. The festival brings the possibility of kindling Strawberry Elite bunnies on all 1.3 nests for the duration of the festival.
Two very kind people donated Strawberry Elites to me. I gave one to my SLister Aponi and kept one for myself. Then I kindled my very own. Here’s a picture of me with Stroberi (Male – Left) and Strauberi (Female – Right) at Jolly Farm yesterday!
The Strawberry Festival Hunt
A lot of people have been asking about the hunt and what it’s all about. The Magic of Oz and Ozimals sims have been full for the past 24 hours. I was lucky to get to do the hunt after 7 hours of attempting to get in and multiple display driver crashes.
The object of the hunt is to get a basket from the starting point and find 6 strawberries and then you get a fork. There are 16 forks. It’s a lot easier to collect the strawberries than it sounds. Ozimals increased the spawn rate to every 10 seconds. When it first started, it took a friend of mine a couple of hours just to collect her first 6 strawberries.
After you collect all 16 forks, you use them to sample cakes around the Magic of Oz and Ozimals sims. Each fork is for a different store location and by clicking on your fork within 2 meters of the cake, you “sample” it and get a prize!
Most of the stores are easy to find and a few of them are more difficult.
